Our typically Roman cuisine, therefore potentially popular and poor, is enhanced by the utmost attention to service and care for the customer, accompanied in the choice of courses and pairings, creating harmony between the flavors and smells of the wine and the chosen dish. Our selection of wines is mainly local, composed of whites and reds representing the different production areas (Viterbese, Frusinate, Circeo, Piglio etc...) with the aim of enhancing the biodiversity and wine excellence of our territory.
